2009 "The Spellbinder" Red Blend 750ml
The 2009 Spellbinder is a delicious blend of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Franc, 10% Sangiovese, and 9% Syrah. Sourced from several vineyards in the Walla Walla, Red Mtn., Yakima, and Horse Heaven AVA’s, this year’s Spellbinder is full of red fruits like cherries and raspberries, as well as a great spice component. The acids balance out the richness of the wine and make this the perfect food wine. It was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months, which allows the fruit component of the wine to really stand out. Enjoy this with roasted meats and pasta, and remember to share it with your friends!
